Research Accomplishments: 

Has more than 30 years of experience in processing of fruits and vegetables which include development of fruit and vegetable products, improvement of existing products and evaluation new fruit and vegetable varieties, hybrids and new lines for processing qualities. Has developed seven culinary pastes and also ready to serve watermelon juice, Process for osmotic dehydration of sapota, mango and pineapple fruits, preservation of jackfruit and sapota by hurdle process,improved the process of raisin making fruit bar and evaluated many varieties of fruits and vegetables for processing qualities.
