A team of Officials from National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) visited Central Horticultural Experiment Station, CHES, ICAR-IIHR Bhubaneswar on 22nd February 2021 to gain experience and understanding the new technologies and best practices in the field of Horticulture. The team consisted of Chief General Manager, Sri C U Bhaskar, Asst General Manager, Dr Smitha N Badajena and District Development Managers. In the programme, Dr G C Acharya, Head, CHES, Bhubaneswar welcomed all the dignitaries and shared a presentation on the activities & achievements of the center. Dr C U Bhaskar, CGM, NABARD Odisha stressed upon more collaboration and association with CHES for successful implementation of NABARD schemes in the field, specifically Wadi Project. He also requested for entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with IIHR for long term of association in training, exposure visit and technical guidance from IIHR.
