Note:
- Spawn has to be collected in person from the lab at IIHR, Hesaraghatta, Bengaluru on cash payment basis.
- Institute does not undertake transportation of spawn.
- Spawn is available in polypropylene bags (1000g).
- Growers are requested to bring their own bags for carrying the spawn.
- Spawn is available on prior order, 30 days in advance.
- Growers are requested to confirm their order before coming to collect the spawn from IIHR, Hesaraghatta at the following numbers.

PLEASE COME TO COLLECT SPAWN ONLY AFTER CONFIRMATION BY PHONE OR MAIL
PROCESS OF SPAWN BOOKING
- Before calling to mushroom lab, kindly read the above table and select the mushroom spawn which is needed.
- Spawn has to be booked on 30days in advance.
- Call up mushroom mobile no. 07090949605 or Office landline no. 080-23086100, Extn-349, 348 during the official working days between 9.30 am to 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm to 3.30pm only.
- While calling give the details of the mushroom variety to be booked, Name of the booking person, Address and phone number. You will be provided with call back date, note down your booking date and quantity of spawn and variety booked.
- Call back on the given date to either mushroom mobile no. or Landline number and provide your name, booking date, variety name and quantity of spawn booked.
- If the spawn is ready, a confirmation date will be given for collecting the same.
- If the spawn is not ready, another date will be given for call back. Please call back on new date.
- Collect the spawn during official working hours between 9.30 am to 12.00 and 1.00 pm to 3.00pm only.
- If the person does not call back on the given date, the order automatically get cancelled. New order must be placed.
- If the person calls back and does not collect the spawn on the given date his/her order get cancelled. New order must be placed.
- In case one is not able to collect his/her spawn, intimation should be given to mushroom lab one day prior to collection date as given by mushroom lab.
- Kindly tender your exact change for collecting the spawn.
