ICAR- Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR) in collaboration with KVK Mohoba and Kashi Yoga Avam Mulya Shiksha Sanstha organized an awareness programme of ICAR-IIHR technologies to farmers of Kakun village, Mahoba District, Bundelkhand Uttar Pradesh during 4th August 2023 under SCSP.
Dr. Mishra extended a warm welcome to the farmers and explained the activities of Kashi Yoga Avam Mulya Shikha Sanstha and about the capacity building program. Dr R Senthilkumar, Principal Scientist, Nodal officer SCSP ICAR-IIHR explained about ICAR-IIHR Technologies suitable for Mahoba district and Soil health Management. Dr. Sumangala H P, Principal Scientist & Member SCSP explained about Tuberose Varieties, China Aster Varieties and Gladiolus.
During the programme Arka Vegetable Seed Kit, Arka Microbial Consortium Bulbs of Arka Prajwal and Corms of Arka Amar Gladiolus variety , Arka Archana, Arka Kamini and Arka Shashank of Chaina Aster Seeds were distributed. This programme was coordinated by Dr. Kanupriya, Dr Sumangala H. P & Dr R Senthil Kumar.
