Kindly submit the fee through RTGS, cash or send the demand draft of the course fee drawn in favor of Director ICAR-IIHR, Bengaluru indicating your (1) name, (2) designation, (3) full address, phone nos, email ID (4) educational qualifications, (5) Title of the training program and send to Incharge Mushroom lab, Division of Plant Pathology, ICAR- Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, Hesaraghatta Lake Post, Bengaluru 560089, so as to reach on or before the last date indicated in the table. The first 15 candidates whose payment is received will only be accommodated in the course. In view of the general postal delay, the DD along with details may be sent well in advance. Payment through RTGS, cash or DD. The scanned copy of DD and biodata may be mailed to mushroom@iihr.res.in for reference only. Admission will be confirmed ONLY after depositing the fee.

Course content
Mushroom cultivation course: Commercial cultivation technology of button (no practical), oyster, milky, shiitake, Reishi mushrooms, Nutritive and medicinal properties, post harvest packaging and management, mushroom product development, Marketing, Mechanizing mushroom farm, farm layout, Disease and pest management , Sanitation in mushroom farm, cultivation of lesser known mushrooms, Integration of solar energy in mushroom cultivation system, poisonous mushrooms, Mushroom cultivation for differentially able people
Spawn production course: Production of pure tissue cultures, maintenance of pure cultures, production of Mother spawn, G1 and G-2 spawn, Cultivation spawn, Spawn unit lay out, Mechanization of spawn production, Integration of solar energy in spawn production system
Time of course : 9.30 am to 4 p.m.
