In this a PCR based GMO Technique was optimized to identify the large number of specific signature sequences such as most of the promoters, terminators selection markers and other such sequences likely to be utilized in the GM plants.by virtue of more number of signature sequences it is possible to detect the unknown and unauthorized GM events.thus ,this GMO detection kit is specially useful qualitative detection and quantification of unauthorized GM events.
