Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) celebrated its 95th Foundation and Technology Day during 16-18th July 2023 at NASC Complex, New Delhi-110012. During the event 99 technologies related to horticultural sciences were approved by the ICAR out of which ICAR-IIHR has contributed 13 technologies. The certificates were graciously received from the esteemed honourable DDG (Horticultural Sciences) during the event. These technologies include Arka Avocado Chutney, Technology for Probiotic Pomegranate Juice, Arka Butter fruit Bread Spread, Production technology of iron fortified mushroom Hypsizygus ulmarius (Elm oyster mushroom), Arka Herbiwash, Standardization of production technology of new tropical edible mushroom Pleurotus tuber-regium (Arka PT-1), Arka floral agarbathi and dhoop technology, Growing system of vertical gardens for foliage plants, Arka Kamalam (Dragon fruit) RTS beverage, Solar power operated tricycle cart for fresh fruits, vegetables and mushroom vending, Arka Sasya Poshak Ras, Arka Cucurlure and Arka Mealy melt.
