Associated and  developed the high yielding varieties of Coconut (4no), Mango (1) and  papaya (1) varieties. Surveyed and collected  20 accessions of mango and 35 coconut accessions from A&N Islands which includes three dwarf type and a makapuno type. The makapuno type with soft endosperm is first report and collection from the A&N islands. Characterized the 24 Pacific Ocean accessions and 6 Nicobar Island accessions and a descriptor has been prepared according to COGENT Descriptor (64traits). Characterized and catalogued 170 mango accessions, 21 Pummelo accessions and 30 world coconut accessions conserved in Andaman Islands. Collected and conserved 75 pickling mango accessions and obtained IC numbers from NBPGR. Associated in Developing and releasing of 12 high yielding varieties in various horticultural crops. Isolated the ITS and cp DNA sequences from 8 Mangifera species and handled a 4+1 course as a course leader for last three consecutive years and guided two PhD students.
