Video Conference meeting of HODs was held at 10 am on 13.4.2020 under the chairmanship of Director, ICAR-IIHR, Bengaluru. Dr TS Aghora, Nodal officer, PMEC and Dr SS Hebbar, Nodal officer, Farm Management Committee were also present during the meeting. Director emphasized on the need to take utmost care to contain spread on COVID-19 virus by following the guidelines of Govt of India. He also told that all the staff of institute should download and popularize ‘Aarogya Setu’ mobile app. Director urged HODs that the technologies/advisories given to the farmers/entrepreneurs should be documented. The director advised to manage emergency works using minimum staff during lockdown period. Dr E. Srinivasa Rao, Nodal Officer, PG Education was asked to conduct online classes for the benefit of PG students.
