The ICAR-Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR) Bengaluru organized the off-campus training program on farmer friendly technologies of ICAR-IIHR from January 3rd to 5th 2025 at ICAR- CPCRI, Kasaragod, Kerala as part of TSP. It was followed by lecture on suitable fruit varieties for Kasaragod and the importance of soil health management in fruit crops by Dr R Senthil Kumar, Principal Scientist. IIHR inputs like Seed kits and AMC were distributed to the farmers by Honourable DDG (Hort) Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh and Director of CPCRI Dr. K B Hebbar. The training program was attended by farmers from different parts of Kerala and Karnataka. This programme was coordinated by Dr R. Senthil Kumar, Principal Scientist, ICAR-IIHR.
