Involved in development and release 3 varieties in Carnation and Rose. In carnation, name of the released varieties are ‘Arka Flame’,’Arka Tejas’ and the variety released in rose is ‘Arka Parimala’. Responsible for registration of Four carnation lines with NBPGR New Delhi for their unique ornamental and economically important traits. In rose,responsible for registration of 3 genetic stock for their ornamental value and as resistance source for powdery mildew and black spot disease.
