ICAR-IIHR has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HAL to establish HAL-ICAR(IIHR) Seed Production Centre under Corporate Social Responsibility funds of HAL on 24.12.2021. The total budget of the project is Rs.2.53 crores with the objective of developing infrastructure to increase the quality seed and planting material production of ICAR-IIHR developed horticulture crop varieties. Director, ICAR-IIHR, Dr. B.N.S. Murthy and General Manager FMD of HAL, Sri. B.S. Varaprasad exchanged the MoU.
The officials from both ICAR-IIHR and HAL were present on the occasion.
