Capacity building programme on ICAR-IIHR technologies along with distribution of inputs to 120 SC farmers ofUttar Pradesh was also organized on 8th October 2023 in collaboration with Chandrashekar Azad University of Agriculture andTechnology, Kanpur at Directorate of Extension Unit of University. The farmers were sensitized about ICAR-IIHR varieties and technologies along with nutrient, pest/disease management in horticultural crops.Inputs like Arka Seed Kits, Arka Vegetable Special, Arka Microbial Consortium, Arka Neem Soap, bulbs of Arka Prajwal were distributed to farmers during the training programme. The capacity building programme was coordinated by Dr (Mrs) Sumangala HP, Principal Scientist,Division of Flower and Medicinal Crops and andDr Chethan Kumar G, Scientist, Division of Natural Resources ICAR-IIHR, Dr P K Singh, Director of Extension, CSAUAT, Kanpur and Dr Ajay Kumar, Assistant Professor, Extension Directorate, CSAUAT, Kanpur.
