It is my proud privilege to inform you that under the aegis of IP&TM Unit, ICAR, New Delhi, ICAR-IIHR, Bengaluru is organizing “2ndICAR-IIHR-Industry Meet-2024” in collaboration with Society for Promotion of Horticulture and BESST-HORT, Bengaluru on 24thOctober 2024 at ICAR-IIHR, Bengaluru.
The proposed meet aims tobridge the gap between Industry and Institute by offering a platform for sharing experiences and fostering entrepreneurship in various aspects of horticulture. This endeavor seeks to address industry challenges while refining research activities at institutions to better align with industrial needs. During the event, eminent speakers from government organizations and industry leaders will be addressing key thematic areas of horticulture. Stakeholders including representatives from industries, entrepreneurs, officials of line departments, technology incubators, FPOs and SHGs will also be participating in this event.
The event will showcase an exhibition featuring cutting-edge technologies ready for commercialization, developed by 12 ICAR research institutions from across Southern India to encourage the interested parties to enter into commercial ventures with ICAR technology and knowledge products and services as per the ICAR guidelines.
